• Sakao Orimono Chizimi Cotton 20/20Circulor washing processed We use the fabric.
“20/20” refers to a fabric woven with 20-count yarn in both the warp and weft. About the fabric feel: it is about as thick as a shirt fabric that can be worn year-round.
(The higher the count number, the finer the yarn and the thinner the woven fabric is.)
• The surface is piece-dyed with Kyoto Stencil Yuzen Dyeing.
• Please use Reversible.
※ Items in this Textile have different pattern placements one by one. Customers cannot specify the print.
※ Because of the Kyoto Stencil Yuzen Dyeing (Hand-printed), slight shape irregularities may occur, but this is a characteristic of the dyeing process.
※ Due to the nature of the dyeing process, there may be uneven coloring or color fading in the dyed areas.
※Products with the same color name may vary slightly in color due to different materials.
[About Chizimi Cotton]
• This cotton twill is made using yarns (Tightly Twisted yarns) with a strong twist, produced in Takashima City, Shiga Prefecture, since around the Tenmei era of Edo period, and has a herringbone-like checkered texture on the fabric surface.
• Because of the ribs, the surface area that touches the skin is reduced, and when sweat spreads from points to the surface, the perceived body temperature is said to be 2 degrees lower.
• It excels in moisture absorption, quick drying, breathability, moisture release, and moisture retention.
• Chizimi Cotton, nurtured by the blessings of Lake Biwa, boasts the highest production volume in Japan.
※Chizimi Cotton 20/20 Circulor washing fabric may have a slightly different shrinkage ratio depending on the color/pattern due to the dyeing process.

【How to wash Kyoto Stencil Yuzen (hand-printed) Dyeing products】
・Please wash separately at the beginning.
・Please put in the laundry net and wash by machine.
・Please avoid hand washing as it has a weak draining power. Dyes may dissolve in water and cause color transfer or bleeding.
・Please do not soak before wash to avoid color migration.
・Since there is a risk of color migration, please use a neutral detergent and immediately dry in the shade after washing.
・As there may be color transfer, please wash it separately from white or light-colored items.
・Please refrain from using an iron to make the best use of the crepe material.
・Color may transfer during use or due to friction.
・Due to the nature of the fabric, it has a certain degree of elasticity. Please adjust the garment to its original shape immediately after washing without stretching the sewn part excessively.
・Do not tumble dry.
